Johnnie O. Nygaard, 63, Fergus Falls Route 3, died today at his home. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in First Lutheran Church, the Rev. Jack Hustad officiating.
Mr. Nygaard was born Dec. 3, 1912, at Lowry, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nygaard. He married Marjorie Russell Nov. 1, 1947, at Evansville. They lived in the Elbow Lake area and later moved to the Fergus Falls area where they have resided the past 20 years.
Surviving is his wife; one daughter, Clarice, at home; four sons, Kenneth, Marvin, Roger and Timothy, all at home; one sister, Mrs. Wilbur (Alice) Ashley, Spokane, Wash; two brothers, Stanley, Glenwood; Clifford, Alexandria.

Services were held at First Lutheran Church, Fergus Falls MN on Monday, 29 Dec 1975.
