Dale Alan Haabala was born in Alexandria, Minnesota on September 4, 1959, the son of Ralph and Sylvia Haabala. He was baptized at the Trysil Lutheran Church and confirmed at the Farwell Lutheran Church and was now a member of the Oscar Lake Lutheran Church. Dale was a Sophomore at the Jefferson High School in Alexandria, Minnesota. He was also a member of the Future Farmers Organization.
He passed away on Friday, March 14, 1975 at Lowry, Minnesota at the age of 15 years.
He is survived by his parents; four brothers and two sisters; Philip in the Air Force at Alamogordo, New Mexico; Wayne, Adrian, Ronald, Karen and Susan at home; his grandmother Mrs Oscar Nygaard.
Funeral Services were Tuesday, March 18, 1975, 2:00pm, Calvary Lutheran Church, Alexandria, MN. Rev Carl Anderson and Rev Robert Rendahl officiating. Interment at Trysil Cemetery, Holmes City, Minnesota.
Pall Bearers were Martin Anderson, Howard Berg, Randall Berg, Brian Berg, Gary Berg, Darwin Nygaard.
Musical selections were sung by Mrs Donald Olson.
