Albert Engemoen
Received last Mon.– Died, at Fargo, D.T., Tuesday, Dec. 5th 1882 of inflamation of the bowels, Albert Engemoen, aged 22 years. Deceased was a brother of H. Engemoen, a merchant at Brandon. For the past five years he had been attending the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Minneapolis of which he was about to graduate the coming spring. At the time of his death he was home on a vacation and was visiting with relatives in Fargo. The funeral which was largely attended took place in school house at Brandon. Revs. Onstad and Bronson officiating, the service being conducted in the English and Scandinavian languages. The body was taken to Holmes City for interment, Rev. Bronson concluding the services at the grave.
