Mr Steen leaves to mourn, the following five brothers:  Einar of Farwell; Peter of Cereal, Alberta, Can; Bennie of Farwell; and Olaf and George of Milwaukee, Wis, and one sister, Miss Gusta of Minneapolis.  All were present for the funeral with the exception of Peter.

Funeral services were held from the Trysil Norwegian Lutheran church, Friday afternoon, Rev Vaage officiating.  Miss Doris Steen, a niece of the deceased, sang “Beautiful Isle of Somewhere”, and Rev Vaage sang, “Seek Ye the Lord”.  The pall bearers were:  Messrs, Henry and David Anderson, Henry Hanson, Clarence Soberg, Lannie Isaackson and Helmer Westberg.
