Ingri Lordalen Funeral Services Held May 25th

Funeral services for Miss Ingri Christine Lordalen were held Friday,
May 25, 1962 at 2:00pm from the Bethesda Lutheran church. Rev Earl E
Dreyer officiated.

Mrs Leonard Blade sang “Beyond the Sunset” and “He the Pearly Gates
Will Open”, accompanied by Mrs Earl Dreyer.

Casket bearers were John Chan, Louis Chan, Murville Femrite, Stanley
Femrite, Harold Myhr and Reuben Myhr.

Interment was in the Trysil cemetery.

Ingri Lordalen was born in Norway on Nov 30, 1880 the daughter of
Gjermund and Ingri Lordalen. In infancy she came with her parents to
the United States and settled in Lake Mary township.

Ingri was baptized in Norway, confirmed in the Trysil Lutheran church
and attended public school in Lake Mary Township. In 1918 she moved to
Minneapolis where she was employed at the L G Donaldson Co until 1954.
For the past 12 years she lived with her sister, Mrs Amos Pearson of
Laporte.

Miss Ingri Lordalen passed away Monday, May 21, in the Bemidji
hospital at the age of 81 years, 5 months and 21 days.

Surviving are 2 sisters; Miss Christine Lordalen of Oaklund, Calif,
(Olive) Mrs Amos Pearson of Laporte; a brother Carl of Lake Mary
township; one nephew and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and a brother.
