Lordalen

Carl Lordalen was born in Lowry, Minnesota on August 29, 1888, the son
of Germund and Engree Lordalen. He was baptized and confirmed in the
Lutheran Faith, attended school, grew to manhood and lived in this
community his entire life.

On June 16, 1925 he was united in marriage to Emma Johnson. Mr
Lordalen passed away on Sunday, February 10, 1974, at the Starbuck
Hospital at the age of 85 years.

Mr Lordalen is survived by his wife; Emma; one son Carlos of Lowry,
Minnesota; one sister, Mrs Olive Pearson of Park Rapids, Minnesota; and
three nieces.

Funeral services were Wednesday, February 13, 1974 11:00 at the
Bethesda Lutheran Church, Alexandria, Minnesota. Rev Paul Ranum
officiating.

Interment was at Trysil Cemetery, Holmes City, Minnesota.

Pall Bearers were Arthur Isackson, Vernon Chan, Wilben Brede, Arthur
Chermak, Ernest Prchal and Henry Svec.

Mrs Leonard Blade, accompanied by Mrs Donald Alstead sang “He, the
Pearly Gates Will Open”, and “How Great Thou Art”.
